Jean Smith

   Jean is Marks mother and has supported him financially ever since he started racing. She works hard as a secretary at United Biscuits and gets annoyed when she has not got enough money to allow Mark to get his chance with a racing career.

   Jean also is a calm voice to Mark when things aren’t going well and according to Mark has helped him to focus and get the job done.

   She also has to contend with Marks younger brother, Clive, and his busy schedule. Giving him lifts all over the place and supporting him as best she can in all he does.

   Jean likes to watch Rugby and Formula 1, with her favourites being rugby’s London Wasps and Formula 1’s David Coulthard.

   Not only has Jean got two sons to look after she also does a very good job of keeping Vic, Marks dad, out of trouble and visiting her Mother every week.
